Emmanuel Co-operative Credit Union (ECCU ) has held a Customer Care and Credit Risk Management training for its management and staff at the Conference Room of the Unions ultra-modern office situated at Swedru Mandela in the Central Region.
The Board of Directors organized the training to develop customer relations skills of management and staff.

It was also necessary to equip them with up-to-date knowledge on how to minimize operational and credit risks to enhance their operations and maximize profit.
Participants were pleased with the outcome of the training and called for periodic trainings to equip them for better service to its prospective members and existing members.

Participants were presented with certificate of participation at the end of the training.
