North Tema Co-operative Credit Union (NTCCU) headquartered at Community 9 in the Tema Metropolitan Assembly put together An Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Customer Service training for its management and staff.
The training program was put together by Micro Watch with support from management of North Tema Co-operative Credit Union.

The facilitators for the training were Mr. Harrison Ahogba a Banking Consultant and Mr. Mac Anthony Ocloo who took participants through exciting and insightful training sessions.
Dorothy Asiamah Cobbinah, the General Manager of NTCCU clarified that management organized the training to develop customer relations skills of management and staff. It was also necessary to equip them with up-to-date knowledge on how to fight money laundering and enhance their vigilance during operation.
Mr. Paa Kwesi Rockson, Internal Auditor for NTCCU took part in the training and acknowledged that the training has been very intuitive, educative and was positive that NTCCU will achieve more such a training.
The Finance Manager of NTCCU, Mr. Dickson Andoh, participated in the training. He noted that knowledge in AML is necessary to put staff of credit unions on the alert in their daily operational routine.
The Manager for the Ashiaman branch of NTCCU Mary Tettehfio, expressed satisfaction at the program and emphasized that it will definitely impact on operations.
